Fantastic Teacher. One of the best at Tech. If your a CE you should NOT take anyone else. He is hard but thats just because he expects your best and doesn't want you killing people cause you don't know what you're doing. He is actually extremely funny and keeps you entertained. I love Noel and we will miss him at Tech.

I had him for statics my first semester at TTU. I made a D with him and retook it with Dr.Buchanan and barely missed an A. He is EXTREMELY inaccessible outside of class and insults you if you ask questions. He still teaches in the Fall term.

This guy really knows his stuff. He is tough as hell though. If you are looking for an easy A then stay clear of this prof. I would recommend to any Civil majors though, cuz you will learn your stuff. Teaching method is diff than most but some like it, he moves fast in class so stay awake

I have had this teacher for statics and structural analysis and I learned alot. He is hard and does give homework every night but you will actually learn the material and remember it if you try. Like he says and expects from you, "you gotta think a little". i would recomend this teacher to anyone.
