I don't enjoy accounting at all. But after taking this class, I found that Norman was extremely helpful and caring for his students. He is very well respected throughout the university and he wants to see students do well. I was always able to go and see him for help. He's very approachable and I would definitely recommend taking a class with him

Awesome prof! Fairly clear in class, but tended to move through theory quickly and focus on examples. Very accessible and helpful outside class. Only examined material that was discussed in class. Would take a class from him again!

Norm is a good guy and has a sense of humor but he didn't realize that most of the time we were laughing at him and not with him. Two words will get you through this class 'strategy map'. That's all you will do and I think this class is by far the most useless class i've taken at ESB (maybe better than 100). It's a manditory class so enjoy
