The class was super easy for me because I already knew Java. If you aren't into programming in the first place, it may be hard to grasp. He is very nice and he explains the concepts with great clarity. If you need extra help, he is very approachable. Overall, one of the better profs in the Computer Science department.

good teacher, but pretty tough.. studied on my own, only went to class for the tests and got 86%. but the class average was 50... STUDY like mad for the final and you'll be fine... it's worth 60% of your grade!!

Excellent!! He knows what he's talking about and clearly conveys the information. He can easily walk the class through complicated procedures by breaking it down into small easily acomplished tasks. He's very helpful in, and out of class.
