Starts to get a little harder here but is still super possible to get an A. He is very caring and willing to help outside of class. Try to take at 10;30 and not at 9 if you tend to sleep through your alarm lol. You're only allowed to miss two classes. Overall, he's a great professor

I LOVE HIM. He does give vocab quizzes every day and you get about an hour of online exercises a night. He doesn't let you miss more than two classes but it is for your own good. Classes help a lot. He's very clear as to what he wants and grades tests fairly easy.

An adorably slightly awkward man and a fantastic prof! Very nice and a great sense of humor once you get to know it. Tests are never too hard, assignments are fair, and he is always willing to help. I actually enjoyed a grammar class! Take Selles!!

Prof Selles is great. The course is not very much work, but you learn a lot in it. He really loves french grammar, and it is fun to learn from someone who is so excited about. He is not very talkative, but will warm up to you in the classroom.

Do yourself a favor and take French 101 from him! He is nice and understanding when you forget to do something. He doesn't let you retake a missed quiz but he drops the two lowest quiz grades. He teaches in a way that everyone understands. He has a quiz everyday on vocab, but as long as you study you will pass. Grades very fairly. Tests are easy

Ah Selles. What a guy. Most serendipitous sense of humor of any prof. Says things that you'd never expect and makes you laugh out loud. Pushes you hard, but not too hard. Very good knowledge of French grammar. After spending a semester abroad with him, he's one of my favorite profs here.
