Professor Kelley is one of the best teachers at UCI, and that's a fact. She's so thoughtful, and she really cares about her students. I enjoyed going to lecture because she taught her class with enthusiasm and passion, urging her students to think broadly/outside the box. The material is fascinating, and her delivery is on point. Take her class!!

One of the best if not the best professor I've taken at UCI. She focuses a large amount of time on class participation so students can discuss the cases. She grades based on participation so if you want a good grade you have to talk. As long as you read, show up to lecture, and understand what she is talking about you will do fine.

Professor Kelley is outstanding, one of the best teachers in her field. I am a notorious slacker and she inspired me to diligently read the materials and class discussions were always fascinating. She presents the cases in objective and unbiased ways, plays devil's advocate, and is truly worth taking for anyone interested in law.

It's hard to stay awake in her class because she does not present the material in an interesting manner. I regret taking the class because I've spoken to law students who tell me that it doesn't really matter which major you pick. What matters most is having a high GPA and high score on the LSAT.

Amazing professor. She has a lot of experience as a professor and a lawyer so she is a great resource if you are thinking of going to law school. Really invested in her students, you can tell she loves teaching and is passionate about the subject. Makes waking up for 9 am class less difficult. Plus if you go to her office hours she is a big help

She is a great professor that is very thorough and organized. There is a lot of material for this class, and you must be able to understand the cases very well. Its structured like a first year law class. A totally useless note, her voice is a bit high and squeeky.

professor kelley is one great teacher. she really gets you to study and understand the readings. be sure to come prepared to class for discussions. she'll ask you at least 2 questions for every answer you give, but class wasn't too hard to get a good grade.

Excellent lecturuer - best person I had teach me during my entire time at UCI. Just keep up with the reading and you will come away with a lot of really great knowledge. She inspired me to go to law school - I'm currently a 1L at UCD Law

Great teacher, very insightfull. only take her class if you're serious. not easy, but very interesting. She doesnt jerk around. Very friendly and always willing to help, but she wont hesitate to chew you out if you slack off.
