Extremely intelligent, but extremely off the map. With him it shouldn't be called Intro, more like advanced. Willing to help you out but extremely hard to understand during lectures. Only 3 tests which are hard essay form. If you dont know a thing about political science, definatly dont take him.

Absolutely Unbelievable!!! Words can't describe my satisfaction with Prof. Donohue! It's too bad that not every professor shares his passion for teaching and subject matter. He is an influential and inspiring instructor and I recommend him to everyone.

Despite being an amazing humanitarian(ie.Director of Middlesex Community Scholars Corps)his teaching was all over the place- it seemed that he should choose one job a stick with it because his teaching was Bad. The classes were very inconsistant. Join the americorps group but dont take his classes.

seems like a nice guy and a knowledgable professor, but does not by any means make anything clear to his students. He's very vague with his lectures and if u don't absolutely know your stuff, his exams are ridiculously hard. You better know how to spell and use good grammar. NOT A GOOD PROFESSOR

Prof. Patty Donohue is a awesome teacher. His exams are a little hard but if u cram enough to u can ace them. He has his classes outside on nice days which is awesome for nature lovers or whatnot. Take professor donohue.

Really nice guy... Definitely a typical liberal political science prof. My only critism would be that he was horribly inconsistant. I believe he only gave two tests a midterm and final both written tests. It was hard to know what my grade was going to be.

Very knowlegble and good professor. Exams are not difficult IF you know how to wright. Your writing skill will determine your grade. You'll learn about poli sci, but that doesn't mean that you'll get good grade. if u can't write well, don't take his class

Doesn't follow course outline. If you only want to learn about Hobbes, Plato, Aristotle and Marxism, this would be the class. Nice guy but should be teaching the subject of class you register for.
