Comment:

She is the best math teacher that I have ever had. Learning her methods, finally made me understand calculus. Her tests are difficult, but she gives you plenty of opportunity to prepare. She gives a lot of partial credit on her exams and does not take off many points for dumb things like a missing negative sign.

Comment:

Obviously taking this class online AND over the summer in only 10 weeks was pretty difficult. However, Strocko knew this and was very understanding of the difficulty and was always willing to meet with students. It wasn't easy, but it is Calculus after all! If you need credit for Calc 2, you won't regret taking this beautiful woman's class!

One of the worst professors I've had. She gave zero credit on tests for problems that had 95% correct solution with simply a wrong final answer or a - instead of a +. She is an awful grader and expects way too much. She doesn't update online course either! All videos and info is confusing because it is outdated so she sends patched information constantly. Terrible teacher! Wouldn't even meet with me for off hour office time. What a disappointment deltech.

anybody who has plans for doing anything else with their summer while taking this class should go ahead and quit their job and tell their friends and sanity goodbye. workload was ridiculous for someone who has other responsibilities to attend to. expectations extremely unrealistic. do not take this class if at all possible.

class literally ruined my life for two and a half months. took it over summer and was unbeliebably difficult. all i did was calc and i still didnt do well. tests are ridiculous and there is wayyyyyy too much work. the grading scale is completetly flawed and she expects way more than an average math student can deliver. absolutely terrible class.

Had Calc I and II, and will be starting III this semester with her. She is an amazing teacher, who really tries to help everyone pass with an A. She can be incredibly tough as well, but one can pull off an A by simply studying over the weekend for a test.

Mrs. Strocko is one of the most amazing teachers ever, she's so caring and lenient, always offering chances for extra credit and regaining points on tests. It's like learning Math from your mom. I had her for calc 2 and3. i felt in love with her.. she is such a great person...the material is a little hard for the average student, so you have to go to class, and stalk her during her office hours...yes she would help you. HW almost everyday, but trust me its going to help you.you really have to be into it...do the work, do hw, read the book

i had her for calc 2 and 3. She is the human form of maple. She is a fun teacher and the best at what she does. Test are hard but if you do ALL of the homework you will not have a problem. Teaches fast, but at this level it should be. By far my favorite teacher!
