I had a great semester with Dr. Moore and got an A. That being said.... she is very liberal and opinionated - and sometimes can come off as offensive (especially if you don't agree with her). Her lectures are thorough and she doesn't always post the powerpoints. There are a lot of reading, tests, and case studies - and she is a hard grader.

Dr. Moore is a great professor. The students that don't like her is because they do not do work or are there just to pass. She is not just going to give you an A, in her class, you earn you own grade.

Horrible teacher and person. Extremely rude. If you're not a graduate student, she doesn't care about you at all. Not well educated, and she's ignorant. She's the reason why I will not be attending Kean University for graduate school.

I really enjoyed her class. she is always willing to help students when they need it i.e. explaing what she expects from the class. and will consider her faults with the grade system to be hers. I had no problem with her correcting the error she made with the grades.

Dr. Moore is an interesting person, very blunt and raw with criticism. Expects doctorate level work even at undergraduate level. Is willing to help if you call or show up to office. She lost my senior paper had to submit It twice and doesn't respond to emails. Very smart woman though, just not a great "teacher"

Basically a self-taught class. Moore doesn't return emails, doesn't understand the subject matter, asks questions that don't make any sense, and then berates the class for not answering them "correctly". She doesn't grade anything until weeks after it was completed, and marks things wrong when they came directly from the textbook. DO NOT TAKE HER.

DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NO TAKE HER! I currently have her online and it's horrible!! She doesn't respond to your emails, I've spent months trying to figure our how she's grading and I can't, it makes no sense. She's unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don't take her. Save yourself the anxiety of failing a course for no reason!!!

I took this class because I was interested in nonprofit organizations.The class is online. I felt so disconnected! Many students did not participate in the discussions, yet she mentioned these discussions were mandatory! I agree with most comments, she doesn't teach. Her PowerPoints are horribly constructed. She contributes very little to the class

Expect to do most if not all of the work in this class and be prepared. She'll give multiple assignments each week and want full participation. She'll lecture, but very little. She has a strong understanding of the material and will help you out of class, that's if you can reach her. Still, she is unorganized with her work and judgmental in class.

So at first I read the reviews and said how bad can she really be. I will tell you she is a nightmare to deal with... Never responds to e-mails. Gave us a final after the semester was over and then goes on vacation until the end of august and we won't get out grades until then. How she is a doctor amazes me. She is not meant to be a teacher

This online summer course was awful. I was interested in nonprofits but this class taught me nothing. More importantly, she taught me nothing - she didn't teach. The tests/quizzes were poorly worded and confusing. She clearly didn't care since she made many simple spelling errors often. Skip it- not fun/easy, and certainly won't teach you anything.
