Class is incredibly boring. Without fail, attendance is taken EVERY day. However, she gives almost no outside of class work: just two short papers and one term paper. Tests are on the smallest details of her lectures, but if you study you will do fine.

She is not exactly the best teacher in the world> its all powerpoints and the class is in a dark auditorium so if you are tired you will pass out. must pay attention or you will fail the tests which are rediculous as it is. her power points online are scatered with information that she uses in class. almost impossible to find. terrible.

by far the WORST teacher i've ever had. tests are impossible and involve way to much detail that no one cares about. when she gives an essay assignment she expects you to find new info about the topic rather than referring back to her notes. if you refer to her notes for anything she WILL give you a failing grade. AVOID THIS CLASS IF YOU CAN!

If you aren't into ART and actually DOING SOME WORK, don't take the class. If you are - you have found your mentor, your muse, your divine inspiration in this professor. She lives and breathes art, understands things on such a genius level that it's hard for average or below-average, lazy students to "get" her.

It's a pretty easy class, she gives you about half of the exam questions on her "pre-tests." She's really odd but wants you to do well in her class. Very passionate, but thinks you are too. Go to class, do the time lines for the tests, skim the book for info on the pictures, really didn't have to read much. Everything's on the power points.
