Professor Hossay is a phenomenal guy. His lectures are incredible and he goes into great detail. His tests are really hard so make sure to pay attention during class and take good notes. If you are having problems, see him during his office hours and you will get right back on track. Great guy and I highly recommend.

Comment:

If you have zero interest in cars, this class is not for you. Hossay gives excellent lectures, so TAKE GOOD NOTES! Three tests the whole semester and they're pretty hard so STUDY. Attendance is mandatory. Reading recommended. Hossay is one of the most intelligent men I've ever met, and he will teach you SOO much about cars. But it is NOT an easy A.

Amazingly smart, really understanding if you talk to him. Took his Automotive Tech & Design class and learned so much. He is really engaging which made sitting through the material easy. It is a hard class, but if you show up, take notes, and listen to his test overview, you will be fine. He also gives a major extra credit project at the end.

Hossay is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. He knows cars like the back of his hand. I took him for Automotive Tech and Design which is a 3000 level course so expect a lot of reading. There are 3 cumulative tests and he disregards attendance when grading. Go to class because he thoroughly explains every topic for the tests.

Prof. Hossay is one of the most educated and smartest professors I have ever taken. For this reason don't take this class. Unless you are an expert in the class that he teaches you will not pass. I took the automotive class and he said it was a "beginner" class and that was not the case. You need to be a mechanic. Don't take his automotive class.

He's not a bad guy but if your on his bad side... you're better off just dropping the class. Do not take this class if you think its an easy A. Also if you do not like reading, taking pages of notes or even have the slightest interest in cars. I did learn a lot in this class though, but it also was a stressful class.

Hossay is the smartest man I've ever met. I'm not into policy in the slightest, but I passed his class with flying colors because I was legitimately interested in what he had to say. He makes learning extremely fun but expects a lot from you in return. If you're really willing to listen to him and take great notes, you won't even need your books

The best educator I have ever met. Prof. Hossay is brilliant, full of personality, fair, and committed to his student's success. In some of his classes you very well might work harder than you ever have have before, but the immensely rewarding subject matter will keep you going.

Very good teacher. His class is hard but he is extremely helpful and he will go out of his way to help you if he knows you're trying. He gives "pop tests" almost every week to make sure you do your readings and come to class. Over all he is a great teacher and overall a really nice guy.

I had him for NJ Natural Resources. He offers a trip to Yellowstone National park for a week which I went on and it was phenomenal. He is a very intelligent man and knows so many things about so many things. Sometimes he moves quickly but if you let him know, he will go back over anything that needs your attention.

Comment:

One of the best professors I had as an undergraduate student. He demands alot of his students but his teaching pays off in the end. I had him for several classes and I learned so much about the world around me. I highly recommend him to any student truly interested in political science
