Patty really cares about health and her students. I have a serious nut allergy and approached Patty about it. On the first day, she brought almonds as a healthy, boosting snack for our 3 hour long class. After I talked to her, she started bringing roasted seeds after making sure it wouldn't make me sick. She's totally awesome.

Hands down the best teacher I've ever had. Friendly, understanding, kind, thoughtful, considerate, generous... There aren't enough good words for her! She will make sure you learn ALL relevant material. You're well prepped for tests, and homework is reasonable and relevant. Feel free to go to her with anything, very approachable. Loved her!

Patty is hands down the best teacher. There are not enough kind words to be said. She's a fantastic preson that will inspire you to be better in all aspects. She's helpful and clear, and the class is an easy one! Take this class, I would take it again in a heartbeat.

Patty was an amazing professor. Very knowledgable and very lenient with due dates if you're struggling in any other courses and need more time! Would recommend this class to anyone I know! Very easy to pass as long as you listen, and do your assignments!!

Patty is so kind and helpful. She really just wants you to do well, and she makes it very easy for that to happen. This class was incredibly easy (maybe even too easy for post-secondary). As long as you hand in all the work, you're good to go. Patty is probably the nicest prof I've ever had. If you're looking for an easy elective, take this class

This was easily one of the best courses I have taken at Camosun, and on top of that one of the best profs at Camosun also! Patty is an awesome teacher! This is the best health class. I learned everything there is to know about health, nutrition, diseases, etc. Although, there were a lot of class activities it was helpful in getting through the mornings. Exams are reasonable/fair if you attend class and study. This class was fun. :)

Patty made Health 110 my favorite class. She is alive with the excitement of exploring the latest discoveries regarding health and the whole human being. Her instruction is clear and practical. This is a great first year course for everybody as the content is foundational for a "healthy holistic" approach to understanding one's self. Thanks Patty!

Awesome teacher. I also think everyone should take this course. Be good as part of grade 11 curriculum. Kind and caring. Speakers were great. I got a great mark because I cared about what I was learning. Watch for the grand finale the last day!

Very interesting class that is not very hard if you show up. Patty is also cool and does not let a few take away for the rest of the class, that a girl! If ya need a few UT credits this is the way to go.
