Easy class as long as you listen to all slide presentations. Test questions usually come straight from book or slides. As a summer online it was really time consuming, had to listen to them every night almost, but got an easy A.

Took it online, boring as heck. The slide presentations are monotonous, he coughs a lot and gets sidetracked easily. Quizzes don't follow web material, it's hard to know what will be important to the final and the grade.

Offers ideas and explains well. Class is going to be hard if you do not understand art concepts and will take alot of time. Takes alot of out of class work. Read the book for tests. Very friendly, wants everyone to do their very best.

He's the most helpful, approachable art teacher at Northwest and definetly the nicest. He gives good advice and critiques your work in a positive way-letting you know what you could do to make it better. Class is not easy but you learn a lot.

Did the online class, his slides shows are mono-toned, coughs and hacks during all of them. Quizzes didn’t follow reading or slide shows, no feedback on quizzes, even when asked. Slow to respond to email. General census between online and in the classroom

Really neat guy. Wants to help. Hard grader and if you take his class you should really prepare for the tests. Definitely read the chapters. Try to have something new done on a project everytime. Or at least make it look like you worked on it.
