I took this class in 8 weeks with multiple assignments due every day of the week. I also work full time and struggled trying to understand the work. Dr. Foutz took time to meet with me multiple times throughout and never seemed annoyed by it. He loves to teach and I will forever be grateful for him!

Wonderful teacher! He understands that math concepts are tough, and unlike most professors, he offers daily extra credit opportunities and the cumulative final replaces the lowest test grade. It is easy to fall behind in his class, but if you buckle down, it is easy to jump a full letter grade on your final day of class.

Amazing teacher. I learned more in a semester with him than I've ever learned in any math class. He is very helpful and will take the time out of his day to help us review. He is somewhat tedious about grading but the tests aren't hard if you pay attention!

I really liked Professor Foutz. He's very good at explaining things, and will answer any questions you have. He goes over every step of the example problems. Don't skip, his lectures are amazing - maybe you could skip classes and still pass, but showing up is definitely worth it. Be there, do your best on the homework, and you'll be fine.

if you hate homework dont take this. its not hard just tedious, but he likes to use the calcultor and he's a nice guy not a hard class just expect homework if you have a decent grade you also dont have a final which is comprehensive

I took 1324 & 1325 with him. Very easy to understand. He is very thorough and if you do not understand he will explain it to you. Those were the best taught math classes I've ever had.

He's very understanding. As long as you pay attention and don't understand it, he will help you. He tells you what he expects and what's going to be on the test. He gives quizzes that are take home, but really easy. Grading system is reasonable. Enjoyed his class.
