Comment:
This class was not easy and you have to put in the work to pass. Attendance was not mandatory, but unless you already know physics pretty well, you shouldn't skip. Grading is fair and feedback is generally good. Prof. Henriksen will spend all the time in the world helping you if you just ask. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Paul is the man! He is one of my favorite professors. 152 is definitely not a cake-walk, and the exams are pretty difficult. He is always willing to help you if you are willing to put in the work. Definitely go to class because alot of times he will say "this will be on the exam" or give you equation you'll need for the exam.

Paul is the man, but it's not an easy class. if you're and ISAT major you should take him because your actually learn the material if you try. Plus he is probably your advisor. Take him, get on his good side, and enjoy ISAT

Paul is a kind of strict teacher who is strict with students' work. It's hard to earn an A for his class, and B can be almost the highest in his class. You have to pay attention to every class so you can do well in your mid-term and final work, which are very important to your grades of this class. It's kind of difficult for international students

Paul is a really nice professor. I personally hated his class because all you do is read paragraphs and discuss in your groups to decide what is wrong with them. It isn't hard to get an A in the class, but if you want that A you MUST participate.

He is a super nice guy and always willing to help! I worked pretty hard for an A but its definitely possible His class almost never has homework until near the end. Assignments are done in class EVERY CLASS in group projects so you really can't skip. I have a lot of respect for him and he definitely knows what he's talking about. Great professor!

Paul is a great guy who is ALWAYS willing to help. The class is tough and the lectures can be boring but make sure you go! He goes over examples that really help you know the material because honestly the lectures won't do too much in helping you understand. He's definitely your best option for this class! Use his office hours too!

He can definitely be a hard grader, but it's kinda good because it gets you to work to the best of your abilities to earn a good grade. Class isn't too bad, just 3 papers, and small hw assignments at the beginning. But go to class! It's no too boring, participation counts a lot and Friday absences count as 3 for his attendance policy!

His class is not an easy A. You really need to actually try because he is a very hard grader. Try not to miss his class, for his attendance policy is strict. He's nice but can be curt. Be wary of participation, he always questions your responses until you feel they are insignificant. Short homework assignments, but big papers (only 2).

Paul is a great guy and really tries to help his students. Although this class can be very boring, he tries to move things along. Tons of extra credit opportunities. The tests aren't too bad and he gave us the topic for each question on the final to help us study. Take him!

Overall, not a bad class. Most of the time he knows his stuff, but he doesn't always do the best job explaining the principles. He uses graders for the weekly homework/labs, and they are inconsistent. Luckily, he's pretty easy-going about giving points back. Just going to his office hours, I'd say I got around 20-30 points back over the semester.

he is a stiffler on grades. there is no guidelines for any work. he grades strictly on his perspective. make sure you talk in class or he will deduct your grade.

Prof. Henriksen is a really good guy. I'm not sure how he is in the upper level ISAT classes but for 101 he's very clear, straight forward, and can be kind of funny. He's very helpful and if you go to his office hours he'll help you out with pretty much anything.

If at all possible take a different professor. Grades by personal opinion, and is very vague on what he wants. He is almost impossible to please. I had to force my self to go to this class. Also if you missed a friday it counted as 3 absences instead of 1.

VERY EASY CLASS. Hardly any work outside of class, you can get away with not reading the book but it's helpful for when you write the papers. If you're not sure what he wants for the papers, then just ask him. There's 3 papers but they're really easy! Highly recommended! Classes are awkward and boring but if you're looking for an A then take it!

Hard class, because he grades it hard. Tends to give vague expectations regarding assignments. Very willing to help, if the student asks for help (see him at his office). Interested in student performance. 160 itself is dull and uninformative. Sucks if you get stuck in a bad group.
