He made me feel horrible, even after grad. Easy grader. Talked too much during class, so can't work. Loves his book, The Illusion of Life. But I feel anxious & sad watching my childhood favourite movies now, knowing he worked on them, he was my hero but in the end he showed lack of empathy and didn't answer my questions. Doesn't seem to care. Wow.

Paul is a superb teacher.Ive always found that he will respond well to students who show him that they are driven. As long as you can prove that youre eager to learn and willing to put the work in Pauls the best guy to have around.

If you weren't his pet, forget getting any attention or teaching. Not a professional attitude, contradicts his own rules and methods. Does not prep students properly for the industry. Tends to go through the motions with students... unless its a favorite.

i never got to know paul much but i've known him since pre-animation and he's pretty awesome. the only thing that i would say that bothered me is that he wasn't around much, we always had to hunt him down or something. but when he was there he gave 110%.
