Per is a delight. He's knowledgeable, fun, and a fantastic lecturer. He teaches his classes in a very theatre-oriented way so that's something for English majors to be aware of, but as long as you read the material and pay attention, you shouldn't have any problems.

Brask is a fair marker, and an excellent lecturer. Just the right balance between lectures and group work to make class fly by. He's insightful and VERY knowledgeable on the subject matter he teaches, making his lectures interesting as well as fun! Some have said English majors will have an issue with the theatre aspects, but I quite enjoyed it.

If you read the material and pay attention in class, you'll do fine. This class is cross-listed between Theatre and English but Per is a theatre professor and teaches the class accordingly. English majors may struggle with the informality of his assignments and his teaching style. Overall a great prof, and a very kind and interesting person.

Per is awesome! I'm pretty sure he knows everything in the world. He uses a wide variety of techniques from class discussion to Hindu meditation. He always keeps it fresh. If you didn't do your homework, he knows. Plus, he looks and talks like Christopher Walken!

Per Brask is to teaching what Neils Boor is to science. a genius in his own right, although never lords his intelligence over you. Dedicated to the pursuit of genuine discovery, this man loves ideas. Baudrillard's got nothing on this guy, and he writes librettos!!!!
