Percy teaches economics very well even provides multiple examples to explain economic principles. Percy is a nice instructor who loves economics shows through his enthusiastic lectures.

Percy's a pretty chill teacher. His lectures are dry, but he's passionate for the subject. If you do the work and keep up to date with the readings, you'll be fine. Oh! and don't be afraid to correct him when he mixes something up on the over head. Also, he's got a thick accent so don't worry about asking him to clarify himself. :)

MAN! Percy should go back to ESL and learn how to speak English properly before teaching economics. I don't understand his English and all the messy notes. I took his micro-economics class and so regret for taking it. I don't understand his English from day 1! don't take this man unless u just want to sleep in class!

Percy is one of my favorite teachers of all time. I got an A+ from his class... Tips: Sit up front and center because he DOES have an accent... Read the book and study his notes. Show him that you are determined to get high marks and he WILL love you. Give him a chance... He's a better marker than the other econ teachers at kwantlen.

I can hardly understand what he taught in class. His strong accent made me feel very tired and his thick voice made his English even harder to understand. His teaching skill is very limited. His illustration of knowledge is very dull and dry. Very disappointed about his class.

Does not know the subject of economics, does not help students, bad additude, strict marker, does not cover whats on the test, not there during office hours, scribbles his notes, needs to learn how to talk and explain to students. He will not answer what you ask him and if he doesn't know, he goes to a different topic.

When he's AT class he's ok...problem is you show up and no prof! The few times he did show up, I didnt learn much. He's vague, and the book didnt help (taught stuff not in book). Exams were full of trick questions, bad when you havent had a prof all semester! What the heck am I paying for?? No prof-bad marks! sheesh! (got a B-)
