I adore Dr. Druen, she's an amazing Prof and will tell you at the beginning how to pass her class. At first you won't believe it, but honestly all you have to do is do the study guides for the exams and carry your weight on projects. The tests are hard unless you study (learned the hard way), group projects are a pain but you get individual grades

Dr. Druen teaches material at appropriate COLLEGE level. If ppl think it's "way too hard" or she "expects to much," that's a problem of motivation competence, not her teaching. She gives syllabi and study guides that are detailed and explicitly state what is expected for each assignment and test. She's always available to help. Interesting classes

Unfortunately, I had looked forward to this specific subject so this class was a major disappointment. The exams are much harder than they should be. Her lectures are fairly scattered so it's hard to take notes. She is for sure a knowledgeable in social psychology, but expects a bit too much for a 200 level class.

She expects way too much for a level 200 class. The assignments are large, the 2 presentations are ridiculous, and she talks about her own life instead of the material. Makes you work too hard for the grade. The quizzes are a pain! Her directions are not clear either. I wish I had never taken this class.

I had Dr.Druen for Psychology of the Environment. She is a very funny teacher and extremely passionate about the environment. Her tests are very hard. The impact project can be tedious. A few out of class assignments such as attending presentations. Hard to do when you work, but gives an essay alternative. Class can be difficult.

Had her for social psych and totally hated it. Way too much work for a 200 level class. Mandatory out of class assignments, 2 group presentations and exams are terrible (mainly essays) Organic chemistry is easier. If you dont have to take it then don't!

Very energetic professor. Nice and helpful. Lectures are fun and interactive. Tests are not hard if you study. Study guide provided and she teaches straight from the study guide. Tests and essays taken directly from study guide. Work hard=good grade!

I switched out of Lindenmuth's General Psychology class because I hated her first class. I went to here, and Pruen's attitude was so fun with the first sentence I heard her speak. This is definitely the class to take if you want to make Psychology fun and interesting!

Intelligent and experienced professor, but this isn't readily obvious since she prefers having her students "teach" the class through presentations. Coverage of the material in DNA and SPSS fundamentals was inadequate; half the class' data was analyzed improperly due to our lack of preparation. Picks favorites and ignores everyone else.

She is what a college professor should be. I had her for a lot of my psych claseses. She not only does research but brings her experience and knowledge to her classes for her students to gain everything she knows. Her tests are difficult but she will work with you until you understand everything. She is easy to approach and an absolute sweetheart. If you need to take any psych classes take them with her!

Horrible class! I gained absolutely nothing from this class other than a total disrespect for social psychologists. Unless you are one of her "favorites" (read: psych major), you will not get an A, regardless of what you do.

Perri does not teach, it is up to you to read the material and guess when it comes to the test. She has her "favorites" and everybody in the class knows it. I studied hard, completed all the requirements and gained little knowledge. This class requires way to..much time! Do not take it!!!!

She's nice and very energetic, sometimes too much, but her tests are ridiculously hard. She's very intelligible but leaves her teaching ability up to question...overall she's ok, just be prepared to study a lot, you'll have to work hard for a good grade
