Terrible class. I'm good at Calculus and never had any idea what was going on. I was completely confused and nothing made any sense. I got the impression that he didn't really care about the class because he was retiring. Absolutely horrible.

one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with. He wastes class time, skips lectures unexpectedly, humiliates students who ask questions, and is hardly ever at his office during office hours. He just doesnt know how to be a professor. The man has been teaching math for 30 years, and it seems he still hasn't figured it out.

Awesome guy. Every class had me in stitches. He is the funniest prof ever. Showed us some really cool applications of calculus too, stuff that went beyond the curriculum to spark our interest. Shame he is retiring. Enjoyed this prof's class thoroughly.

Get out.Don't take his class.He will use 3 boards to prove a theorm, that no one can follow and the kicker...you will never be tested on it and you don't even understand the theorm.He talks to the board and has messy writing.He focuses only on the theory. His mid-term was simple, but he class average was 47%.Consider this a warning-GET OUT

He is arrogant and seems to enjoy making his students confused, frustrated, and intimidated. He does not answer emails and the lecture is unproductive. Every time he says that something is "profound" or "not trivial," I look to the board and can't understand a thing. I think he is retiring this year. The guy just doesnt deserve a pension.

I took intro to linear algebra from him years ago. He began by saying how insulted he was in being forced to teach a low-level course. he expected to teach only 4th year honours and grad courses. My poor friend had him for Intro calulus too.

He loves and knows his math. However, he often forgets who he is talking to and spends a lot of time on proofs and such we dont need for the course. So many things he thinks are trivial. Im thinking NO way!! pls go back, I didnt get that part!

I used to love math, but when I came to his class I hated it. It seems like he wants to show how smart he is rather than actually teach us what he is payed to teach. In class he turns my questions into rhetoric and after a lot of blabbing on and on and on, he still never answers the question. Even questions like "Will this be on the test?" fail.

He spoke clearly, with some (dry) humor, and had good control of the class, including stopping people from asking time wasting questions (read the book). He could, however, be intimidating, but one needs to learn how to deal with such people in positions of authority - part of a real education.

Antonelli was the worst math prof I ever had. He was entirely unprepared and didn't care whether we actually learned anything or not. I started going to another prof's lecture's, and it was the only way I passed.
