A great advanced level class. I learned a lot and had fun doing it. There are only 2 tests but they aren't hard at all. Its a lot of objective opinion, so as long as your answer is reasonable, you'll get credit. I love him and will continue to take any class he teaches.

Holy Crap he is so freaking awesome!!! Its not hard if you put the least bit of effort. Do go to class though because he tests on the guest speakers. He always lets out early and theres no homework or such.

Ricci is one the greatest assets to the Rosen College. If you do poorly its because you are a moron and didn't go to class, or didn't pay attention. He is also one of the most accessable profs we have. If you have the choice, take this man. You will come out a better writer and better student for it

the advanced hotel operations class is great with him. all you do is one ro two book presentations and then have guest speakers. There's only 2 tests in the class but they're not that bad. If you love Ricci as a teacher take this class, you'll have fun in it.

AWESOME TEACHER and an even better person. Made class fun and enjoyable, but still easy to understand. Make sure you show up though, he is sure to give pop quizzes. Very outgoing and personable, funniest teacher at UCF.

Ricci is awesome. The guy is funny and really cool. The subject is easy and so are the exams aslong as you read read, or atleast skim thru the book or notes. He also has lots of guest speakers from all aspects of the industry. Come to class though, he does have a couple of pop quizzes.
