Dr. Chu is a world-class expert in European art. She ties it altogether--art, history, politics, religion, technology, etc. You must do the readings, attend class, and pay attention. Don't try to BS your way through her class because she can spot that a mile away. But if you do the work you will learn and appreciate her teaching style.

Dr. Chu is an amazing professor. Seton Hall is lucky to have such an authority on art teaching at the school. She knows just about all there is to know, and expects the students to take an interest in art, not just learn about it. The class is not hard if you pay attention and keep up.
