Excellent teacher. Covered everything well so far. Really underestimates the level of his students sometimes, but he has many good examples and you learn things well, so who cares if it's boring sometimes. My best mark this term. Just Save your Money, and go Pichmony!

I didn't know he teaches so many courses! he is so friendly that, he's actually the first prof at ubc i'm willing to ask him questions! (now u know). his midterms, quizzes are simple and straight forward, no tricks. his notes is a better source than text!
