Math was never my thing, and I haven't taken it since grade 11. Now that I'm in my third year of law and stats is a recommended course, I had no choice but to take math. Raphael Djabatey had to be the best math teacher I've ever had. He explains things the best way possible and makes sure that everyone understands the material. Don't be scared !

Amazing prof. Everything he taught made sense. Go to class, and just listen and write notes. Midterm and finals were easy, just re-read the slides and practice examples. Also go through the review questions and you will do well.

Best prof ever. Yes, hes late all the time, but he teaches really well and his slides are very helpful. The first midterm I didn't study much and got a B, then for my next midterm and final, I got 100%. So just study and do the practice questions he provides and you'll be fine

This class is easy regardless of who your prof is since it's crib sheets galore. That being said, he is a great prof. You don't even need the textbook because his slides are so detailed and thorough. BUT, he doesn't answer his damn emails.

Easily one of the best profs. teaching at Ryerson. His lectures are crystal clear, and all tests/exams are very easy. Just go through his slides to get the basic concept, and practice as much as possible from his white review book, as all exam questions are of similar type. Very easy A.

very nice man! uses his own book you buy from the store with tons of examples to practice from..some tests/exam questions were directly out of that same book..only problem i had with him was that he spoke very softly and has a very thick accent, but other wise a really good class

Great prof to have for stats, he knows his stuff. Don't buy the school text, buy his own handbook only. He doesn't teach from the school text. Now the CON, part. He takes at least 2wks to mark simple test, twice it took him 3wks. Don't even waste your time e-mailing him. I should have tried "snail mail", could have got an answer faster.

Knows his material but can teach it sloppily when he's obviously got somewhere to run. Likes to end class early (more often than needed). Goes through the material fairly fast. To do well in his class you have to practice on your own and UNDERSTAND the notes on your crib sheets.
