Comment:

Very kind, reasonable and approachable. Midterm was fair (focused on the main concepts) and similar to the practice. He's provides lots of help and guidance on the essays and accommodate time constraints. Lectures might be a bit hard to understand, but he's totally willing to clarify and provide additional help. I hope to have him again as a prof.

Comment:

His midterm was by-far the hardest midterm i've ever written in my life, it is also the lowest mark i've ever received on a test. He had to extend it by 15 minutes because nobody could finish. This is a new course, but the second half with a different prof was much much easier, and the explanations and content more straightforward.

Ray is one of the most down to earth and really great profs. I had privillage of doing my research course with him and he is very caring, helpful and approachable. He knows whats going on in his lab and he is an excellent professor. Had him in MBG2020 and thats when I knew I wanted to work with him, and I am ever so glad that I did! He's great!
