Easy class, but he does not teach at all - does not write anything to us regarding any material, just sits back and gives us all A's on the questions in the book. It was online and there were lots of mistakes that contradicted the directions for assignments. Very rude when replying to e-mails regarding the confusion that his mistakes made.

Dr. Francis is a kind, well-meaning man, but his course was a bit too confusing. His deadlines were constantly changing and unclear, and he rarely lectured; the class was more example/problem based. I learned a lot, but he could have used his time more wisely.

Ray is a really nice guy who has good intentions and good ideas. However, I learned hardly anything in 310. He had to cancel class several times and he changed assignments often. He cancelled all the assignments I actually thought would make me a better teacher.

Very nice man, however, I am not learning jack in this class. Students teach the entire class. Takes weeks to get assignments back when he says he'll have it the next week, then opps....dont have it! Like I said, very nice man, but learned nothing from this class. Subject sucks overall so not all his fault. Hard to teach crappy material!

Very nice guy and the class was very helpful for me in that I learned alot about how to impliment science into the class. I have some good ideas about ways to teach science now. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AS A TEACHER....

This guy is so unorganized - he doesn't even have time to teach us - We ended up teaching the whole class. He doesn't even look at your work, so don't spend too much time on it. I didn't learn a thing. Try to avoid him at all costs!

Besides not responding to student email, Dr. Francis is unclear about expectations and assignments. He doesn't read any work so don't put too much effort into anything. If you don't get an A, it must be because he actually noticed you were absent!
