Good teacher. Class was really boring and reading+writing was given for HW almost every class, but the workload isn't terrible. Good person. Liked the class format. Would probably take again.

I found the discussion based classes to be pretty fun. I enjoyed the classes. She is a tough grader. She'll help you a ton with you papers but even if you use her suggestions you still have to write a pretty perfect paper to get an A. She makes you do a reading response online for every class and then grades them tough like they're test questions

Comment:

Professor Krawiec is very good at what she does. If you pay attention to what happens in the class, take notes and apply yourself, the class is manageable. In office hours she is extremely helpful and as long as you know everything on the study guide there is no reason to get less than an A.

EASY 101 CLASS!!! The material is large, yes, but it's not hard to remember. Papers were very easy, however the final research paper was a classic late night typed paper ;) Exams are basically vocab tests and questions on main ideas in religions. Gives a list of what to study beforehand. This class is meant to open your mind to the world.

Becky was nice, and tried to teach everything in such a short amount of time, but the course was still SO hard. I feel like I didn't learn anything, but I don't even blame her. There was so much to learn that after awhile I just stopped taking notes because it gave me a migraine. Don't stress over the nightly readings, just skim them.

Becky loves Religion. She likes to laugh and the classroom setting is never very serious. The class is pretty boring. She assigns readings every night from the book and online but never ever gives quizzes or anything. She lectures on what you were supposed to read. Her tests aren't too hard. Only 2 tests, 3 papers, no final/midterm. GO BECK!

Extremely friendly and knows her stuff. No exams, only papers. I had her before and I chose to take this class because I just enjoy how she teaches. You learn a lot if you're willing to put in the effort. A lot of reading but it's worth it. Great class discussions.

Professor Krawiec is a great teacher once you get into he class. She is excited about what she teaches and you will learn lots of interesting facts. She is a tough grader and there are not that many papers so don't be a slacker on any of them! And no exams is always nice too.

She was out of control on the first day of class, and it scared me a bit, but then I got to know her. Becky is a wonderful professor who is quite funny and enjoyable to be in class with. I like it on her more relaxed days when we really get to know her a bit and understand the craziness is actually more organized than it would fist appear.

Professor Krawiec is an excellent teacher. She makes class fun and exciting. There are not that many grades (three papers and two exams) so it is important to do well on each assignment and exam. If you do the reading and participate in class you should excel.

Dr. Krawiec seems a bit ditsy and unorganized at first, but you will find that she is a brilliant professor who can convey her message in a clear way. There are only a few assignments all semester so each one is worth a lot, but she is a fair grader who will go out of her way to find you points.

nice professor who is willing to help you in anyway possible. her notes are sometimes crazy but she will make outlines for you before the tests to help clear everything up a bit. Papers are graded kinda hard, but she will give you an example paper to work with as well ... I loved her class

Eh, not bad, not great. Relatively funny and nice lady, but lectures without end. There was absolutely no class discussion on any topic. Tests and papers weren't too tough. She does care very much about the students' learning. Not my first choice, but not my last.

This was a great class! Discussions were interesting and the readings were definitley tolerable. The midterm and final were fair, but she grades very hard on papers. Still, Prof. Krawiec is highly recommended. She's very intelligent and I learned a lot from her!

Only good thing about the class is the book is cheap! course requires disciplined reading and write 8 short papers; mainly lecture and class discussions. 2 tests and 1 final. hard grader. Nice professor and actually knows how to teach!
