Her tests aren't easy but boy do they make you learn! This course made me pursue a nutrition minor. The professor knows her field remarkably well. Top notch. These reviews don't do her justice. Especially since majority of the ppl in this class are KIN students who talk over the professor. Prepare well for her tests. Textbook essential. A+ prof

Absolutely brutal! Course material is incredibly boring. She is VERY disorganized, posts notes an hour before the class. midterms and finals were brutal, she LOVES to emphasize on small details and MC is just way too confusing. Worst prof ever!

By far the most sleepy of sleepy classes I'ver ever taken. Lovely lady, seems friendly but very soft spoken. Her lectures are student lullabies frequently putting students to sleep.

She is one of the worst profs I've ever had, by far the worst from my faculty. The in-class exercises were pointless, I didn't learn ANYTHING from her lectures, and her perma-smile isn't soothing, it's annoying.

Not good in Hlth 101, worse in Hlth 102,& aweful in Hlth 210. She doesn't even know what she is talking about half the time. However the topics she knows, she knows well... her notes need to be more clear or she needs to teach with reading only her notes
