Coach is awesome! The notes are all in the reading so each class is a review unless he specifies otherwise. The tests are based mainly off of the notes. He says he doesn't give any extra credit, but will always find an excuse to fit some in. But if you talk to him outside of class, he'll love you and want to help you even when you don't ask.

I don't see why they consider this a gym class all you do is sit and take notes. He's a nice guy and very informative but needs to demonstrate self defense not just lecture can't learn from that!

Really easy way to get a full credit for PE. Straightforward class, just take notes and the tests come right from it. He'll repeat the most important points. 1 article summary due by end of semester, which isn't a big deal. Not a lot of physical stuff learned, more theoretical. Like most people said, he says "on that" all the time, which is weird.

The class is quite easy, but it can be quite boring. You MUST show up to every class, otherwise you'll miss the notes that are vital to the tests. Two easy papers and 4 tests, not bad overall. Prof Achtzehn is a real cool and fun guy.

I liked this class solely because it was a really easy way to get a useless P.E. credit. He is def. boring but the information is common sense for the most part so listening wasn't always necessary. Take the class. Easy grade...easy credit. I agree w/ the person below me though...he did say "on that" wayyyy too much.

I've never had such a hard time getting myself to go to class. He says "on that" after everything which is so obnoxious. He also treats self defense like women will be attacked and raped simply because they are women. Worst class I've ever taken at YCP, I do not reccommend.

This guy is boring and unreasonable! I took him freshman year got a really bad case of mono, so I missed 4 classes, and he lowered my grade from a 4 to a 3 just because missed one more than his normal 3 misses. I even brought him doctors notes, and my band from the hospital testing center and he said they were not important!

I find him to be quite weird and boring. He says, "On that" after many sentences which is funny, but he has a little staring problem and you feel awkward if he's the one your looking at. Tests are simple. He gives he the material needed to study for them. Do all the activities in the book and they'll help you improve your grade.

very boring in class but the class is very easy. The tests are right from the notes and the quizzes are all for extra credit. The two papers he makes you right are also very easy. I wrote both of them the night before and got A's on both. There is no reason to get below a B in this class.

This guy is ridiculous I had a family emergency that i had to go home for and he dropped me a full letter grade for missing to many classes. plus he takes himself way to serious, he told me i cant have coffee in his classroom because it distracts the other students. avoid if possible
