Prof. Fielding is a pretty good teacher. He does not like memorizing things so he often helps by putting identities or references up. He's pretty funny too which helps lighten the serious mood of the class. I enjoyed myself in his class. I would sign up for another class with him, no doubt.

Great teacher; always helps students when they need help. I really like how you do all your work through the computer and you can go on your own pace. I would take this class again.

If you do all of your homework and actually do the practice quizzes and practice tests, you will do fine. He gives you a lot of chances for make up quizzes and make up tests. I suck at math and it's been years since I took a math class but I worked my butt off and received a B+ he's a nice person and he just wants you to do the work, pretty strai.

Not much to say about him. Very quiet voice. 48 was an online class, but you had to show up on campus. As long as you finish your hw before the test day, and study, you'll do fine. Helpful to students if you ask. Mainly walked around the comp lab to make sure we were on task. If not, he pulls up a big eyeball on everyone's screen. Taught yourself.

I thought his teaching methods were a bit boring but overall he's a very easy going teacher. As long as you actually do the homework he assigns on math XL, you should get an A. The tests arent very hard, if you take the time to do the work and understand. Its COLLEGE; we aren't in high school anymore! what do you expect? I recieved an A+

Had good hopes of successfully passing this course but now it's not looking great at all. The Professor's method of teaching isn't effective at all for me, especially with his low level of patience. I would recommend not taking this section with this instructor.

Great teacher & loved class! I'm about to take my final tomorrow, so I don't know my final grade yet. As of now I have an 85%. He is challenging, but as long as you do your hw&study guides there is no reason to not have at least a B. You do have to work for this class to get a good grade, but a bonus is he drops your lowest test score! RECOMMEND!

i absolutely love math and its usually not hard for me to understand but professor fielding just does not know how to teach. when i would ask for help he just confused me even more than i already was! he will drop you so be on time and be there... i ended up dropping this class :/
