This man is so passionate about this subject. If you want to take Art History, forget about how hard the class may be. Take it with him. He LOVES art history and even if the class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 9am, you can't help but pay attention and stay interested be he is so excited about what he is taking about. Take him for sure.

Gergal is an awsome professor. He knows his stuff and is very passionate about his classes and the content. His tests are moderatley difficult but if you listen and take notes in class you should be fine. Amazing Prof...thats all I have to say.

Go to class and stretch out your fingers for serious note taking. Gergel KNOWS his stuff. Exams are killer. Gergel's passion towards Art is very entertaining. Don't go to class hungover though, it sucks. He likes the to say "the dreaded C-" of students who are not good.

Amazingly fun guy! Always full of energy and funny stories. Swears constantly. He loves hockey, so keep your interest up and he'll know you out of a crowd. Use of vocab on testing will get you brownie points, and maybe that extra boost to an A-/B+

A great professor. He is very smart and knows his stuff alright and so long as you pay attention during lecture, you'll pass the exams. He's been teaching the same classes for over 30 years though and has no new ideas and he isn't very inspiring, but he certainly knows hes history.

I've had him for four different classes now and he is the best prof on campus in my opinion!!! He makes you love history! I think everyone should take Gergel for at least one class. The exams are not easy, but there is never any extra work. No reports or quizes or anything, just 4 to 2 exams depending on the class. Honestly I love his classes!!!

This guy is one of the best teachers I have honestly ever had. He is a super friendly guy and knows a ton about art history. I work nights and was very tired some days, but I never fell asleep in his class because his lectures are so entertaining and interesting. Be prepared to study long hours for the tests and you will earn your A.

This guys loves what he does! I've never been so exited to go to a 9am class. He literally spells out the things you need to know, and gives a study guide. He's there to teach you, not to fail you. And, if you do better on the tests as the year goes on, you have a chance at a better grade, because he will reward that. AWESOME guy, awesome class.
