Have him for a short term study abroad class. The class is really fun and our trip is going to be even better. I heard he's awesome for animation as well. If i was a digital media major i would totally choose him over another professor to take animation with!

Really nice guy, slightly overwhelming class. He expects a lot of work without providing too much information but is super helpful and informative IF you ask a lot of questions. Very easy going and has a good sense of humor in class and will like you if you seem to put effort in.

Pretty great teacher. You watch lots of cartoons in class :) A lot of work but it's rewarding for the most part. You definitely learn a lot! Organized and lets you work on your projects in class. May be a bit of a hard grader. Animation is definitely worth taking.

Overall good teacher. Considering the amount of work you do to fulfill the assignment is up to you, if you're an overachiever quit your day job. He does support your innovations in animation as well as teach what the greats did. Learning flash outside of class is helps on production time. He's trying to get you hired people; insist on his criticism

he still says skill doesn't matter; lie. he doesn't teach you so I'm glad I already knew flash coming into the course. For a guy that's supposed to be into cartoons he is lost on a lot of cartoon basics/gags and says stupid things like, "that shouldn't happen." It's a cartoon! Anything goes.

Basically a pompus guy who grades and ridicules your work by his personal whims. If he likes you you are fine, just show a little effort, otherwise kiss butt and conform to whatever he says/suggests and he will love you for it.

only taught us animation with FLASH- didnt teach us practicle applications of FLASH- will fail you if you miss more than 3 classes- makes fun of students work- the history of animation segments of his class are wonderful & enjoyable/informative!
