i took his painting 1 class. you do not have to be a brilliant artist to get an A. he looks at your collective portfolio of work and grades you based on your progress throughout the semester. you must come to class. if you come and put in an effort, you are guaranteed at least a B. he plays classical music and tells you its background each day

a very interesting and centered teacher. Explains materials and projects while relating all to the goals of the course. Very interested in his students. Encourages all students especially when they doubt their abilities. Plays classical music as backround to class studio time.
