I took Trusts, Bus Orgs II and Business Finance (seminar) and each class was a highlight of my schedule; however, it is only now (10 years later) that I am able to truly appreciate the quality education I was receiving. Flannigan's emphasis on first principles truly set his students apart if they embrace his teaching style and put in the work.

Not since Socrates has one small man made such giant leaps in 'corrupting' the minds of youth. Perhaps the best Professor I've ever had, and without a doubt, the most entertaining. Being torn apart in front of your friends is perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but with practice, one can best the master himself. Think Yoda, with lame jokes.

doesn't care about his students marks or how well they will do....in other words our future. he is **** and puts students down in class and makes them feel like they need to go through highschool again. he thinks that he has power over students in the law area and has called campus police to kick
