EDUC102 is a basic course covering the general topics of teaching. There are many readings and small assignments throughout the semester, and the semester ends with a large paper and project worth most of the course grade (they are not hard). Bobeldyk teaches very well and is enthusiastic. He tells great stories and motivates us to pursue teaching.

He is a great professor and really is passionate about teaching and helping you explore if it is God's calling for you. The only down side is that he is AWFUL at responding to emails. He is extremely hard to get ahold of and it caused some confusion on assignments. He was very understanding in class and this confusion didn't affect grades.

He's so funny. No class on Friday's. Homework is frequent, but very easy. He makes the class really easy and really fun. I recommend him for ANY class. Ridiculous amount of extra credit.

Professor Bobeldyk is by far the best prof i have ever had. Clear, helpful, and just plain kind. I would suggest to everyone to take Rob. Trust me, RIT is a tough class to keep the students interested, but he kept things lively!
