Dr. Goldstone is okay. He's not the best professor I've had by any means and his lectures can get a little confusing as to what's really important, but if you read the book and study cumulatively you should be okay. He also has prosopagnosia so don't expect him to remember you except by name or by what seat you sit in, but it's not really his fault

Great professor. Funny and down to earth. His class was a great way to start the morning. Not incredibly difficult, but some studying is necessary. Seems like the kind of guy that would be a great friend, but is also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the material.

Goldstone is one of the best profs at IU. Every class had something new and interesting in it. Funny digressions and useful tidbits thrown in, in addition to useful research, statistics, and modeling.

This was a mind-expanding class. I really learned a lot. The labs were fun, and I felt like I was rewarded for being creative. I would highly recommend this course for anybody interested in how minds work.
