Pretty easy class if you are a self starter for the internet versions of his class. I had BoB for two semesters and got a B in both of his classes Psych and GLBT studies. He is slow to respond to emails but he gets hundreds a day so its understandable. he grades fairly and the tests are a breeze. just do the work dont expect a free ride.

Very well organized online class-requires lots of work-basically you are teaching yourself by reading. some of the activities are not very related to the content of the chapters. when emailed prof doesn't seem to take time to answer questions or clarify things well. beware, online class requires group project--and he decides the group members.

Great Teacher. I've taken both class lecture and online psyc. classes from Dr. Gurney and he's clear, organized, fair, funny, and willing to listen to knew ideas. The online course is A LOT of work but interesting.

very nice teacher, knows what he is doing. if u really listen to lecture and take advantage by asking him to explain the probs u dont understand- it's not hard at all to get an A. dont listen and easy B. he curves and he drops lowest grade also. i took it durin the summer so theres a lot of hw to turn in, like 1-2 chapts a wk.
