In class time seems pointless, we read the chapters and talk about what general topics that might be on the exams. The class is a memorization class, you learn no concepts that you wouldn't already have known, but you need to memorize for his tests. Its his way or the highway.

Not approachable and he was my advisor for 4 years at a small school. Did not become any more personable from start to finish. This class in particular involved case studies and if you disagreed with his view you could not change his mind. Intro courses involved memorizing summaries that he wrote and the test was aced. Waste of my tuition.

Very arrogant. Full of himself. Reads from his book that just labels what the management skills you already know/use are. Talks himself up like crazy. He thinks he tells you what's on the test but then he uses it in a totally different way than presented. Stuck up, terrible, gloating teacher. I think he pays the school to let him stay and teach.

As long as you study exactly what he tells you to, you will get a good grade. The test is exactly like he says it will be...exactly the same diagrams and quotes and what not. Just do what he says, hes a stuck up cocky guy, but he doesnt lie on the tests

Horrible teacher.I had him some time ago and am very surprised that he is still there.His lectures were reading straight from the book and telling you what to highlight.Seems that current students are still saying the same thing about him.His classes are a total waste of time. Avoid him if possible.

Prof. Lussier is an atrocious teacher! Unfortunately, Springfield will never get rid of him because most of the students at SC are of inferior quality as well. As a result, it is cheaper to keep him than hire a competent instructor.
