Comment:
This is one of the best professors at Concordia. His tests are fair, and lectures and PowerPoints are detailed enough. He gives practice questions and quizzes which count as participation. There is a lot of material to learn, so you do have to study hard if the topic is unfamiliar to you, but other than that, this teacher is a solid choice.

Robert has been by far one of the nicest teachers I've had at Concordia. He is very approachable and is extremely clear when explaining the material. He also gives hints as to what kind of questions will be asked on the exams. If you are not interested in health and fitness, this class isn't for you as you need to have a passion for the material.

Prof:good, explain well! Material:interessant and important information for everyone but the only thing is that each chapter is 100 slides so it's a lot of information for the exam! Don't buy the book because the slides are more than enough ! Grading:2 midterms(each 30%) + final exam(40%) all exams including final are easy multiple choices!

A lot of slides for every lecture. must prepare for the exams long before the midterm and finals due to lot's of material. But the material is not very hard.

Don't take this class. Like the other post said, this class is way to overrated. It is not easy since there is so much information. Exams are pretty detailed and tricky, on top of that the class is a little disorganized - information coming from both organizations that differs. Information not in the textbook included on slides.

This elective is way too overrated. He expects you to learn close to 400-500 slides by heart per exam (2 midterms and a final). Don't think he realizes students have other classes to study for as well. Would not recommend this class, way too big of a workload for an elective.

One of the most straight forward, genuine, thoughtful teachers. He posts all the slides, review questions, study guide, and key terms well in advance. A lot of material but he essentially does all the work for you. No surprises or tricks with him. Easy A if you're organized and follow his guide. Prior knowledge of bio or kines makes it faster too.

Very nice guy, who is very approachable and willing to help you succeed. Issue is the fact that there is too much material for an elective class. All based off his powerpoint slides, although he makes them available, the amount of memorization that has to be done is crazy. Never worked so hard for a class and only got a C

Rob is a really nice guy, great prof and super approachable. The only down side of this class is that he provides way too many slides to study for midterms/exams. However, memorize the stuff he gives you on the study guide and your guaranteed an A or more. Easy a, just a lot of info to know. Rob is awesome though.

Good elective for people in science. There's a lot of material, but thankfully final is not cumulative, so it's bearable. Exams are multiple choice. The teacher knows what he's talking about. I would recommend him. I bearly attended any classes and did very well. He does ask a bonus question in exams related to something he said in class.

Nice guy, explains the material well and gives good examples. However, there's a lot of things to memorize for each exam, if you're interested by the material than take the course otherwise you're going to have a hard time getting good grades

Okay teacher. He is a nice guy but as previews comments he expects to much from elective students. He is vague with what he wants you to study for the exam. If you like the content than take the class, if you dont your going to have a hard time. There's a lot of information to know for each exam, you need to fully study his notes.

Seems like a great teacher but when you get to exams he makes your life miserable. Give you hundreds of slides per exams and expect you to know every specific detail of it.Studying is not enough, memorizing every word is the key to succeed in this course.

Condescending in his emails to the students. Always assumes his life is busier than ours and only puts practice questions one day before the exam. I do not recommend this teacher.
