Very hard course. Sanders is good, but is not very fair. The study guides he gives helps but theres always tons more on the test that he doesnt mention. Def. have to read the readings he assigns.

Warning to Freshman from an Alumni: DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE! ACOM 100 will be offered in the Spring semester with a compitent Prof. who's class adverage is in the A range not the C curve Sander's gives. Sander's does not belong in a 100 level class room and will only confuse and hurt your GPA! Trust Me... DO NOT TAKE THIS COUSE WITH SANDERS!!!!

He is horrible. He refers to himself in the 3rd person, he talks in circles and he goes off on pointless tangets. His notes don't make any sense if you don't go to class and the readings are long and boring. Don't take this.

Boring professor. Not reasonable. Only good thing he does is have an online review before each test which helps out tremendously. I would not recommend this class if you don't have to take it. If so, just study for the tests and you should be fine

A dictator. You will always be wrong, and he will always be right, unless he is in a good mood, which is rare. Very knowledgeable, but doesn't always stay on topic. Makes the class, and the learning, unnecessarily difficult. Take another professor if you can.

Pretty hard for a intro. class. He is a pretty funny man. Lectures are usually boring, just dont try to leave or he will call you out in front of everyone. Lots of online readings. Teachers assistants are amazing. Dont sit in front, his breath smells.

His teaching strategies in no way help a person learn because his lectures/webct postings are never clear. Easy subjects become difficult. Take the class if you dare...

Actually not a bad lecturer. Readings are pretty dry. Not very nice in the way that he answers questions on WebCT, but come on, it's college, you have to do SOME thinking for yourself. Don't try to sneak out, he'll catch you.

Dont take this class unless you have to. Way too much work for a 100 level class, tests are extremely hard. Doesnt ever answer your questions in class in a direct manner. If you post questions on webct he tells you to look them up they are in your text.

This class sucked. If u walked in 3 secs late, he would have the whole lecture center of roughly 300 kids turnaround and make u the object of embaressment. His 7PG SAT style tests were based often on 34pg. a. articles. This man is arrogant, obnoxious,and horribly boring. IF ur a comm major u need the class, but beware of the sanders.
