read four books, write 4 papers on them. Can write about pretty much anything you want really. The books are not that big either. But you can pretty much give in your paper anytime you want as long as you hand it in. The class part is boring. He took us to temples, in china town, which was pretty fun. Easy grader too. Amazing professor. he is seriously like a human book he knows everything and is so knowledgeable and down to earth. warm personality tries to make things interesting. very fair grader. very very nice guy. assignments usually include reading a book and writing about a theme in it. Work wise: 1 paper on a book your suppose to read, 1 paper on stalin, 1 take home test on a trip we went to, 1 paper on a place we had to visit. Now the class portion: boring at times, sit there, chill back. It was kind of brutal because it was 6 to 8 45 class but sometimes let us out early. Take this class if you just wanna waste time

easiest class i have had in college so far. attendance is not mandatory. even though it is a thursday evening class which is kind of rough he never kept us past 8pm and we only stood long when there was a video. just use the books for your essays and you are set. awesome dude. guaranteed A if you follow the syllabus

Great proffessor, makes history actually fun to learn. He knows history classes are usually boring, and tries to make it as pleasurable as possible. Takes you on trips to see bits of history come together. Overall best history proffesor that pace has.
