This professor is not very helpful. If you ask him questions he will not respond on time. When you ask him how to preform certain steps he will just send you the answer and leave without a clue on how to solve the problem for the next time you might see it. You will have to read with the hopes you understand contents.

Professor Gee provides a very detailed and clear syllabus with a calendar for you to monitor your work and ensure you get all homework completed by the deadline. He's very practical and wants his students to be successful in his class. There's weekly homework (due on the weekend for this online course), 4-5 tests, and extra credit discussions.

As long as you read, you'll do well. It's an easy class, There's extra credit discussions that I wish I did because that would've turned my B into an A. If you do all the extra credit discussions, you're golden. Uses McGraw-Hill connect and their Smart book. Very helpful videos on assignments that guide you how to do the problems.

This class requires a serious time commitment. It's not challenging work if you have the time to take and learn it. Unfortunately I did not and had trouble keeping up with the course load. Prof Gee was very easy to get in touch with if you needed help though, and that's an asset in an online instructor. Make sure you have the time to do well.

Harder than his 116A class. Discussions are extra credit this year. 5 timed exams. THEY ARE HARD-more so because it is timed.The homework can take A LONG TIME. 5 times to check homework answers. Quizzes can be difficult. Very interesting and practical class. Learned A LOT.

If you like busy work or need help staying on task, you'll love this professor! If you have a job, a family, or both, take someone else! The material isn't difficult and the assignments are easy, with multiple attempts, but they're tedious - four homework assignments each week, which only become available a few days before they're due. Torturous.

He is not a hard teacher. He seems to be old or just lazy because he doesn't help students out when there are technical issues. My grades started to go down hill after I should have received an A on one of my exams but instead received a D because of a freeze in the system. He couldn't give me 5 min. to re-save an answer. He mest up my mojo. NO!!!!

Took the online class. Uses the mcgraw hill connect. Awesome narrated powerpoints. Not sure he adds much value but at least hes responsive. Take one quiz, homework, test, and a blog per week. 3 hours a week for me. Trick questions seperate B's from A's otherwise pretty easy.

Professor Gee is an awesome teacher that has a great class structure. You get an opportunity to take the test 3 times to get the best score you can get(with answers after 1st one),he responds to emails quickly,has a HUGE extra credit project that isnt that hard,offers tons of help, etc. I only wished he tought Managerial Accounting!!!

Gee is good. Very helpful in learning and applying what you learn. The order of the class is clear, one assignment will build off the last. Do the extra credit and discussions as they tie everything together. Allows you to take all assignments twice. If you need him to respond to email he is pretty quick about it and will take phone calls.

I took it as my only course and it felt like almost a full load but only because the material is difficult! If your motivated and can stay disciplined then take it

Took this online. Teacher was mean and not helpful. Wish I would have known ahead of time. Hardest class I ever took in my life too!! And I have been an accountant for 10 years so I had an advantage. Book is so freakin' confusing and materials not helpful. Had many mental breakdowns during this class and am just glad I survived.

I am taking the online class. It is pretty boring, you must submit quizzes, homework, and exams once a week which the computer gives on automatic grade on so if you mess up you get the problem wrong. Also you have to make posts for discussion points and there is an extra credit project.
