Dont take him unless you are good at learning out of a book! His tests are 10 multiple choice questions, which is stupid in the 1st place, but to add onto that he words the questions so that even the TA's think he is full of crap. i have over 100% in the class but i teach myself. he is a very angry man who needs to retire good luck if u take him!

He knows everything he teaches and expects the students to know just as much. That said, it is a difficult class. The grading system is lowered to help. A lot of work for one class, but u will learn or fail.

Saying that "these people who complain about Lilly are stupid idiots who can't study indepently" is a naive and ridiculous statement. Maybe he's all right for 180, but taking 180 and getting an A is not a rare occurrence (i.e. it's easy!). Try taking a REAL college Physics course and then attempt to say that he's not the worst professor at SDSU.

I actually liked Lilly too. If you COMPLETELY understand his homework, you will get an easy A in the class. If you don’t like homework don’t take physics period! Lilly is actually one of best instructors of physics that SDSU has. The people that complain are ignorant. Lilly is a little arrogant but he has a right to be since he knows his stuff.

I had a hard time in the clas.... actually i'm still hoping to pass. I work REALLY hard and get A's on the homework, but that doesn't seem to matter to him. He is scary, and I try to stay away from him, but Lilly seems to like the smart students. I think he tries to trick people ont eh tests.

The class is pointless. He doesnt teach anything, and the things he tries to dont relate to the HW or the tests at all. The test are hard and you dont get partial credit even though its basically a math class. The guys and A-hole, aside from being the worst teacher at state.
