He's a good teacher to take for Orgo. His lectures are exactly what's going to be on the exam, and he gives you two practices exams to study. Curved grade so 80+ is A, 66+ is B. Grade is based on 4-5 exams per semester

Class can be boring but is very important. He gives you the previous two years tests. 81 and above is an A so it's pretty easy to get an A, but you have to put in a fair amount of work. Study the old exams a lot, he likes to ask similar questions

Dr. Murray is a pretty fair teacher. He gives you the previous 2 years tests for each exam and the test you will take is very similar, though he did put some tricky questions on ours this year. Class is so boring and hard to pay attention to but you have to go or else you'll lose info you need for the test. He's pretty funny sometimes.

His lectures are hard to follow just because most people have no background info about organic chemistry material, so be ready to teach yourself most of the material. Backtests are critical, and the new tests reflect 80% of the backtests. Heard mixed things about his lab section.

I liked Dr. Murray and I thought he was actually pretty funny. The class is hard and he goes through everything quickly. He's helpful and gives you test from previous years so you're familiar with the format. Just be prepared to study for a few days before the test.

He is overall a good teacher. He tells you exactly what you need to do to succeed in his class, SO LISTEN! Once you get your studying down then the class isn't that bad. A little antisocial but otherwise he's alright in my book.

Great teacher- DO the problems in the book, at least 2 or 3 of them show up on the exams. and also do the old exams. Makes it as easy as O.chem could be. put in the time and effort and you should be fine

gets a 4 for easiness relative to how hard the class coulda been. difficult stuff but he's fair about it. VERY smart man, will give you all the help you need. you gotta put in the time, this is organic chemistry after all. i expected it to be harder.

Considering that he teaches one of the most difficult subjects in college, he is an AWESOME teacher. Very well prepared for class. Tests are fair: ochem will always be a challenge but if you do the work you should be okay. Very helpful if you approach him
