I have had the privilege of taking two classes in a row taught by Ross Tucker (SWI330 and OPS440). After almost failing my first class I wasn't looking forward to having him teach again. I realized what I had to do and I finished the class with A+. His level of knowledge and experience is next to none. He is one of the best profs I ever knew.
