He was hard to understand. BUt he told the most amazing stories about when Hiroshima and other cool historical events he was present at. I might not have learned much psych form him, but his stories were AMAZING. I wish I remembered most of them !

this man is amazingly smart and a great teacher once you get used to him. he is a little hard to understand but he will help you out- all he wants is for you to understand the principles and the moves- you can learn so much from him. he tells pretty funny stories too and hes 80! just an amazing guy.

Nice guy. People either love him or they hate him. I am one of the people that really liked his way of teaching. It can be confusing at times but you will learn SO much from him! Brockport is losing a great faculty member when he retires this spring!

Brilliant man, important to understand his methods of grading. At first he is a little hard to understand but after a week you get use to it. Great teacher and even better person. He gives you knowledge you will use throughout your life.

Incredibly hard to understand but super super nice guy! He's so funny and adorable too. You get to re-write every quiz plus the final! Always willing to help and wants you to ask a lot of questions too.

He is a tough teacher bc his style is not typical. The focus is on learning, not regurgitating info just to get a grade. This man is a living piece of history, who has more to offer than his students will ever realize. Phenomenal in Judo.

I took both levels of judo with him. If you don't like being thrown around and being bruised for an entire semester, I would suggest not taking this class. He's a nice guy, but judo was not my thing.
