Dr. Cook cares about her students, and is always available if you need help with anything outside of class. She is very encouraging and provides plenty of supplemental tools to help reinforce her lectures. Yes you have to show up to class. I've had many of her classes, they are always the most difficult of the semester, but i learned a lot.

I have taken many classes with her. All but one where she was respectful as a teacher and a person. She makes a point to pick on some student in her class. I unfortunately have received the blunt of her harassment in every class with her. I admit she is a good teacher and makes concepts easy to grasp but horrible.

I guess average describes her best. No PhD but calls herself doctor. She didn't dislike guys, she just liked the girls more. Pay attention, keep eye contact, raise your hand, ask questions. She loves being the center of attention. I won't take her again. In fact, I'm gonna drop out a semester or two to pick up the lower level classes at SAC.

She taught the concepts in a way that made them very clear and easy to understand. The HW was done online, and was basically a participation grade. She reviews for the tests the class before. She's super nice, I loved her accounting classes!

Had three accounting and 2 law courses with her. one of the law courses was overkill. bad advice from my advisor. She was okay. She did seem to slight the guys some, but that's their problem...deal with it. I would go see her about 3 times a week to get some extra stuff for the classes. I liked her but without the extra help I would not hasurvived

Not too bad and not too good. I did not like that she would balk on half the questions from the class. Didn't know the answer but would go look it up (which I could do myself) Sometimes the demands she put on us was unrealistic. I didn't mind doing the work but like everyone else I was confused as to what she wanted. I liked her,somewhat likable

3 accting and 1 law course with her. Has a serious case of bad self-esteem. No PhD but insists on being called "Dr". I'm at UT law now and none of the law profs are called doctor. She was not a bad instructor but got frustrated trying to explain concepts. Overall she was a nice girl but had some serious issues.

For a lawyer she didn't know that much about the law. Pleasant enough but I always felt she was a bit too friendly...kinda creepy. I had heard she didn't like the guys...I didn't see any of that...she treated us all the same...maybe a little more attention to the girls. Overall I liked her.

I like the way she teaches. She teaches in a way that's easy to understand and if you don't understand she's willing to help. Do the homework, get a 100. Don't do it, get a 0. Do it halfway, get a 50. Take good notes, and that's basically what the tests look like.

I would recommend taking her for Accounting. She is pretty easy because she tells you everything that's going to be on the test. It was an easy "A". She will explain everything very well; she's a good teacher.
