Dr. Baker is a great professor. Although the class is long, she is so sweet. If you show up and hand in your assignments (which there aren't many) on time you'll pass.

Although attendance isn't mandatory, all of her notes are from powerpoints that don't get put online. She gives you the notes and are fill in the blank which makes it so easy. She tells you what you need to know and what you don't for the tests. You get three tests and the lowest grade gets dropped. Definitely recommend her for a science breadth.

LOVE her! If you have to take nutrition, I definitely recommend her. Class is sometimes boring but her lectures are clear and informative. Exams are exactly from class notes so you should still go to class. Also, she gives extra credit opportunities, most of the time during class.

Sandy Baker is the best! Class was kind of boring, but she gave us notes and we just had to pay attention enough to fill in the blanks. There are only 3 tests and she drops the lowest grade. Sandy also gives a lot of extra credit (I got a total of 12 extra points). DO NOT BUY A TEXTBOOK I never touched mine.

Baker is the nicest lady. Her notes are fill in the blank and there are three tests. She drops your lowest test grade. There is also a big project but its easy and she gives you a lot of time to do it. Study the notes and you'll do fine on the tests. Didn't use the textbook at all, just notes. She also gives a lot of extra credit, take her!

This class is a great choice to for Group D . Its straight forward. Go to class, fill in the notes from the power points, review the textbook, study*. The tests are kind of hard, but put in the effort to study, and you'll do fine. She gives tons of extra credit, plus 1 big easy project. She's a sweet lady and will help you whenever you need.

She is so nice and treats her classes like her own kids. The notes are fill in the blank. Her tests are only on the notes, no outside information (not even the book). A great course to take to fill a breadth requirement. I highly recommend taking her as a teacher!

She is a really nice woman, but doesn't really make the subject matter interesting. She reads mostly off of powerpoint presentations. The textbook helped me more than her notes. Even with that, I got solid B's on her exams.

Professor Baker is very sweet. Nutrition is a difficult class if you do not come from a science background. i wouldnt suggest taking NTDT200 if it is not a requirement (Take a diff group D). But, if you have to take it, take it with Baker!! she gives a lot of easy opportunties for extra credit(bringing in vitamins, etc) quizzes are easy, tests hard

Sandra Baker is extremely likable and truly seems to care about her class. She does her best to get the class involved (since it is a fairly large class) and offers numerous extra credit opportunities. There are three exams, a final, and a diet analysis project (which is an easy grade booster). If you take this class, take Baker.

She was very nice but her class is very hard. There are 3 tests and your lowest grade is dropped. There is also a comprehensive final. Every test is IMPOSSIBLE. The questions are specific, and tricky. The final was extremely difficult. There is no way anyone can do well on it.

Get to know her, especially if you're in a big lecture. Her tests are impossible--the questions are tricky and pull the most minute details from the text. However, she's an incredibly sweet woman and will work with you. No curve, but put the time into the assignments and projects she gives. They boost your grade immensely. I got a B.
