Dr. Barr is a gem. Her lectures amazing, I could go on about how remarkable she is. Took two of her classes and hope to continue being her student at the UA. I you need a humanities or art credit I recommend one of her classes, specially if you would like to be more cultured in art.

Dr. Barr, The best instructor I have taken at Pima. She makes art history so much fun. She is very passionate about art and demonstrates it with her amazing lectures. Class goes by so fast because her lectures are really interesting. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Barr is EXCEPTIONAL. Her lectures are super entreating. She is always well prepared. Her passion for teaching will influence you as a student. She made me love art history and she is so understanding towards students. She has many virtues and wants all her students to succeed. Oh and she brings snacks.

There are lots of comments on here about a male professor but this is clearly the page for Sandra Barr, who is a wonderful teacher. Easily one of the best learning experiences I've had in my life. I can't imagine any student disliking this teacher, and many of her slides of artwork from the ancient world are photos she took herself.

Wonderful teacher. I learned more from this class then any other. She is wonderful, she helped me greatly when I was having trouble with the tests and allowed me to chose a paper topic that was related to my major.
