I attended PCC from 1999 to 2004. I met Miss Brazil during the start of my second year and she instantly became my favorite teacher. In fact during my entire 4 years at PCC I have to say Miss Brazil was my favorite. She is tough but she is fair and one of the sweetest, godliest ladies I have ever known.

She knows her stuff, but can sometimes get ahead of the students. You have to ask specifically and directly at times. That said, she's emotive and great to be around. If you can ask the right questions and put a lot of work in, you'll get a lot out of her.

All I wanted to do was sit in a class with Miss Brazil and soak up her knowledge of literature! Yet she makes interpreting and understanding it seem easy, and is able to help you to do the same. Her class was one of the highlights of my entire week! Aside from "just teaching," she is a beautiful soul who cares for her students as individuals.

Oh my word. DO NOT GET HER. Except for this class there is no choice. She was so stinkin' hard. During the writing labs, I would ask her if my paper looked okay, and she would say yes. I would get it back MARKED OFF. She gave me a 68 on the final, when I went to her office to ask why I got some of the questions wrong, she didn't have an answer.
