I enjoyed original research and content in this class. Hard to prepare for her exams despite knowledge. The instructor has failed to recognize that her students average 10+ successful years in the quality industry. Yet, we can't do well in this class. Tests should be from the material, not obscure references. Helpful but not for improving grades.

Instructor has insightful research info and valuable powerpoint presentations. Be aware that she teaches from an atypical customer perspective that is prevalent in quality management but this can make it difficult for experienced workers to interpret test questions from the proper perspective. Interesting projects, excellent reading material.

What a bunch of suck-ups!!! A lot of good it did, she didn't get her promotion. She started off hard, then ended up easy. Not helpful, sometimes rude, her brother-in-law doesn't even like her. Shows what kind of person she really is.

Not the best or worst!! She's average. Don't pay attention to these "happy, excellent" comments because they are not truthful, only coached by a Prof hoping to earn some "browny points" for a promotion. Pros: Performs problems in class, Nice lady. Cons: Doesn't hand back tests, attendence policy, unfair tests, and she missed lots of classes.

Dr Patro sets high expectations for her students. She is always willing to help you improve and meet those expectations. She is very specific with what she wants out of her students. She makes sure you work hard. Also, she is very understanding to real world situations. Her background and expertise are a great asset to any student.

Professor Patro is an extremely helpful professor. One of the few at Kettering. If you go to class, pay attention, and get help from her you should have no problem doing well. The material is a little difficult, but she explains it well and is always willing to help. 96 in the class! Awesome Prof!!!

First of all this joker hardly even taught in the first place.She missed 4-5 classes due to some "personal problems".She didnt even plan a final, and she just gave points for a quiz we could not take due to her "personal problems".I did great in her class.She also made us write this to help her with a promotion.Kettering administration:BIG MISTAKE!

Great teacher. Not only did I get an A in this class but I actually learned USEFUL and interesting things every time I went. She is very professional and lets you know exactly what she expects of you- if you do it she likes and helps you. If you don't do what she expects then its your won fault. I'd take her again any day.

Great professor!!!!! Expects you to work and earn your grade, but will help in any way possible. Very understanding, just act your age and try your best. Very clear in assignments, and very good at getting the students to understand the material. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!!!!!!

One of the best profs I've ever had, very professional, nice to students. Material is very easy if you have common sense. Tests are very straight forward. She will make everything seem like it's going to be extremely hard in the beginning, but once you have your first test you understand that everything will be easy. Also a good WAG booster!!!!

Great Professor. Is excellent with allowing students to take what they want out of the class. She warns you that you must do your work but there is not a lot of work, just a few out of class problems.She does not expect to much from her students, just that you grasp a general understanding for the usefulness of the material learned in class

I really liked Patro a lot. She is the most professional teacher I have ever had. She is really nice, and she wants her students to do well. She expects you to do your work, and will tell you so. When you do, she will be impressed and she will tell you so. All in all I had nothing but wonderful experiences with her.

Great Prof! Didnt like her in the beginning, studied my butt off. Failed the midterm by a few points, but it was replaced with our grade on the final (which was take home)Forced you to put in the work and made you think you were going to fail, but didnt. Great stategy, good prof, ASK QUESTIONS, she will help you!! Go see her in her office.

Most awesome professor ever!! I just suck at Kettering. I can only manage to get 90+ in my hummanities classes and I got a 97% in this class. She's super helpful and she'll drop the lowest quiz grade, and she dropped my midterm cuz I didn't do so hot. Plus open book final and quizes. Boo Yah!!

I totally did not like her at all. Her teaching style is horrible. In order to do well, you must be a "yes man". Make her like you, and you'll do well. Don't question or challenge her because she feels threatened and will not listen 2 U. Her communication skills are VERY POOR. AVOID this professor.
